SONGS OF INNOCENCE
01.03 - 07.03.2019
Vom Gegenteil berichtet dies erste Kapitel

The solo exhibition showed seven paintings, all executed in the notorious Bahnhofsviertel of Frankfurt between 2017 and 2019 and tell a story of beauty and the shadow which it inevitably casts.
Name giving for the exhibition was a collection of poems by William Blake who alongside german poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe was quoted throughout the exhibition. It included the artists very first painting -
a commissioned portrait - as well as a work still in progress and props featured in the paintings themselves.
It encompassed ten pieces in total, evoking the dark and atmospheric universe in which the scenes are set.

Premiering on march 1 2019 it was the artists debut exhibition as well as the first time his paintings were publicly shown.
